Travel arrangements: Our adventure begins and ends in the port of Skiathos (island of Skiathos). You need to make your own travel arrangements to get there and back. Check out the links below, and also consult with your local travel agent for up to date offers. With a bit of luck you might even find a direct charter flight to Skiathos itself.
By Air: Skiathos has a small airport, serviced by one daily regular flight from Athens (Olympic Airways) plus various European charter flights during the main season. Keep in mind that the daily flight from Athens is serviced by a very small aircraft and you will need to get your ticket well in advance. Note that we depart from Skiathos in the afternoon on our departure day and if you fly in with Olympic from Athens you may have to fly the evening before. We disembark in the mid-afternoon at the end of our trip.

By Road & Ferries: There are also several ferries and hydrofoil services connecting Skiathos with the mainland city of Volos daily. Volos is located about half way between Thessaloniki or Athens, 4 hours by road or train. You can catch a bus or train from either city, and connect with the ferry to Skiathos.
